Ludus Baroque chamber orchestra and chorus perform Bach's magnificent B Minor Mass, featuring four of the UK's most charismatic young soloists. 'An exuberant performance' - Independent. Performed on period instruments, Ludus Baroque bring new energy to authentic interpretations of Baroque masterpieces and return to the Edinburgh Fringe once again for what has become a staple of the summer season and a firm favourite in concert-goers' festival diaries. Soloists Mary Bevan (soprano), Tim Mead (counter-tenor), Anthony Gregory (tenor) and William Berger (baritone) join conductor Richard Neville-Towle in the beautiful setting of Canongate Kirk.
